Are you insured?

My vehicles are fully insured with the relevant car insurance plus I’m covered with the correct taxi insurance and have public liability insurance.

Are you licensed?

I’m licensed by BCP council and have been for over 6 years.

When are you available?

I’m available for booked jobs 24/7.

What areas do you cover?

Aldanca Taxis try to cover as many local areas as possible.

Can I cancel my airport transfer?

Yes – cancellations are allowed with reasonable notice.

What forms of payment do you take?

I accept payment by Cash or Card payments can be paid on the day, via a secure online link or invoice

When do I need to pay you?

You can pay on the day or in advance, whatever is more convenient for you.

How much notice do you need before booking?

No notice for bookings are required but the earlier the better to ensure I’m not booked elsewhere.

How many passengers can you take?

I am licensed to carry 4 passengers. However with social distancing measures currently in place 3 passengers are temporarily the maximum.

Do you charge for parking?

I aim to arrive in the arrivals hall around 30 minutes after getting confirmation of flight landing. I therefore don’t charge for parking for the first 30 minutes. Anything after that then passengers would need to meet the extra parking fees.

Do you charge extra for anti social hours?

Yes, pickups between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00 will be subject to a small additional fee. Prices to be confirmed before booking.

What measures are you taking for Coronavirus?

I have installed a screen between front and back seats, I am only taking passengers in the back seats, all surfaces are cleaned with antibacterial wipes after each and every journey and if passengers prefer to pay by contactless or by card instead of cash they can.
